After your vehicle or vessel has been picked up and brought to one of our facilities, the whole donation process should be completed within 4 - 6 weeks. In some cases, some states may take longer to process due to factors outside our control. Once the donation process is completed, you will get a confirmation email and you can then log in to your account to download your tax documents.
