It’s a soothing drink to digest right before you go to bed or whenever you need to relax a bit since it has theanine, which is an amino acid that promotes relaxation and gives the tea its delicious flavor.

Meditate

The next time your stress levels start to go up, take a moment and meditate. Not only is it a great way to chill out and relax, but there are also studies that show that it can lower blood pressure and your heart rate. It doesn’t take much to do except a quiet place where you can relax your entire body and just focus on one thing like your breathing.
